St John’s Wort is most well known for its antidepressant properties. This herb has been widely used for mild to moderate depressive and obsessive disorders. In humans, the results are comparable to those of synthetic antidepressants.
St John’s wort benefits dogs with behavioural disorders, such as separation anxiety, and also aggressive disorders.
In addition, St John’s wort is antiviral and antibacterial. It has also been found that this herb can prevent tumour cell growth and induce tumour cell death.
1/4 or 1/2 a pipette in the mouth as & when required up to twice daily dependant on dog size.
